What to include
Use the subject “poi data deletion request”. Include the app version and enough detail for us to identify the relevant technical records safely. Do not email recovery keys, Android ID values, passwords or payment-card information.
Local and service data
Routes stored only on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data. We will verify a request and handle deletion of applicable service-side data we control, subject to legal obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting local or service data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel a subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Store billing records are managed under the store’s policies.
