Terms of Use

Effective 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Running Cat Development, a sole proprietorship of Alexey Gvozditskiy in Katowice, Poland, for use of poi and this website.

Using poi

You may use poi for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for your device, your route choices and for complying with rules that apply where you travel.

Routes, maps and safety

poi provides planning and reference information. Routes, map data, surface data, elevation, points of interest and other results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable or out of date. They are not a substitute for navigation judgment, official guidance, local signs, weather checks, equipment or safe travel decisions. Check conditions yourself and do not enter unsafe, closed, private or prohibited areas.

Map and geographic data includes OpenStreetMap contributors and OpenFreeMap/OpenMapTiles data, subject to their applicable licences and attribution requirements.

Your data

poi has no registration or public user profiles. Technical identifiers and route data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You may make a data-deletion request.

Subscriptions

poi Pro is an optional subscription through the App Store or Google Play: USD 3.99 per month or USD 39.99 per year before applicable tax. There are no free trials. The store price, currency, tax and terms shown at checkout are authoritative and may be localized.

Availability and liability

We work to keep poi available, but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free or lossless service. To the extent allowed by law, poi is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update poi or these terms. Material changes will be published here. For support, contact poi@runningcat.dev or hello@runningcat.dev.
